The conveyor belt with flaps is designed to ensure efficient, safe transport of the harvest, whether whole, mechanically harvested, destemmed, crushed or destined for devatting. Its flow rate can be adjusted from 2 to 50 T/h, enabling it to adapt to different work speeds and reception configurations.
Its food-grade PVC belt, secured by stainless steel clips with tension adjustment, ensures a smooth transfer while guaranteeing easy cleaning thanks to its quick-release system. Maintenance is simplified, optimising hygiene and the durability of the equipment.
For optimal management of transfers, our conveyor belt with flaps is fitted with a tapping point in the diameter and connection of your choice, enabling the collection of juices and washing water. Its distribution doors with chutes ensure precise flow while avoiding losses.
