Designed for effective, gentle destemming, the OENOGRAPPE ensures accurate separation of the stems while preserving the integrity of the berries. Its rotating stainless steel grid and rotating beater fitted with flexible rubber-tipped paddles guarantee gentle treatment of the harvest, whether manual or mechanical.
Thanks to its feed hopper with helical regulator driven by the beater shaft, feeding is uniform and controlled, optimising the destemming process. Its electronic variable speed motor allows precise adjustment of speed to suit different grape varieties.
The ŒNOGRAPPE is made from ultra-robust stainless steel, making it easy to clean. Its secure cover with quarter-turn lock and quick-release system mean it can be removed and washed in just a few minutes. This same opening allows the grids to be changed quickly to suit different grape varieties.
Easy to move, it is mounted on four swivel wheels with brakes, offering maximum flexibility in the winery.
