The SMARTPOMPE® is a multifunctional agri-food pump.
Available in 4 models from 15 to 1000 hl/h, the SMARTPOMPE® can be adapted to a wide range of applications: transfer, filtration, bottling, thermovinification etc., and can pump everything. This agri-food pump is used for pumping fruit juices, beer, all types of spirits, and edible oils. This helical lobe food pump is deployed in vinegar-producing industries, and can also pump high-temperature juices and washing products.
Thanks to its rotor technology using helical lobes made from EPDM or NBR rubber, suitable for all types of product, the flow is linear and continuous with no mixing or jolting. This agri-food pump guarantees efficient transfer of juices while reducing oxygen dissolution by up to a factor of five.
Its 316 L stainless steel body with cables integrated into the chassis ensure optimum durability and easy cleaning, even in the most demanding agri-food industry conditions.
Our agri-food lobe pump is equipped with latest-generation 4.0 on-board electronics, enabling dialogue and data exchange with your production software. Furthermore, the wireless remote control with screen enables the operator to manage transfer and measurement operations remotely, without the involvement of another person.
