The destemmer also called destalker.
Three destemmer models, from 5 to 25 tonnes/hour
- Whole grapes flow 5 to 9 t/h : Oenograppe® OE9
- Whole or mechanical grapes flow 8 to16 t/h: Oenograppe® OE16
- Whole or mechanical grapes flow 15 à 25 t/h: Oenograppe® OE25
Destemmers, destalkers generic physical and technical characteristics:
- Opening, disassembling and easy cleaning in a few minutes
- Robust construction: entirely in stainless steel
- Receiving hopper with helicoïd regulator driven by sprocketed-wheel shaft
- Sprocked Wheel in stainless steel with rubber paddle
- Multidirectionnal casters with brake
- Quarter turn fastener for opening security
- Linen plastified skirt Under the destemmer
- Motor/gear reduced power: 1.8 kW
